Refund policy
Returns -- 14-Day, Feedback Appreciated
You may return your item(s) for up to 14 days after receipt in the mail, according to the tracking information provided. Please email us at essencesinfo@gmail.com and we will provide instructions. Though it is not required, we appreciate knowing why you are returning the item(s) to help us continually improve. To ensure that we receive it, we suggest that you also use tracking. After 14 days, we will assume you are continuing to enjoy the benefits of these exquisite essence products.
Exchanges
We will gladly replace any items that are received defective or damaged. Please email us at essencesinfo@gmail.com with a brief explanation and how to reach you by phone from 9am-5pm Pacific time zone (10am-6pm Mountain, 11am-7pm Central, 12pm-8pm Eastern). We will then send you instructions.
Refunds (as applicable)
Once your return is received, we will notify you. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note: the timing varies with each bank and credit card company. If you think your refund should have arrived, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this, please contact us at essencesinfo@gmail.com and we will look into it.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return or exchange your product, please mail your product to: PO Box 1440 Rogue River Oregon US 97537. To ensure that we receive it, we suggest that you use tracking and share that with us.
Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but tracking info helps. There is a first-class non-standard package rate that includes tracking.
